    NTC temperature sensor for household automatic cleaning machines

Steam heated water cleaning of high-end range hood not only requires clean suction, but also automatic cleaning, truly achieving invisible range hood and worry free cleaning. Steam heating water cleaning technology uses 100 ℃ high-temperature steam to soften oil stains, 80 ℃ high-temperature and high-pressure hot water to wash oil stains, while the wind turbine rotates at high speed to shake off residual water droplets and oil stains, resulting in a cleanliness of up to 99.1% in the interior of the range hood. To completely remove oil stains inside the range hood and maintain its long-lasting power, NTC temperature sensors are usually used to measure the temperature of the cleaning heating device, Keep the automatic cleaning machine in optimal working condition and control the heating temperature at all times.

      The NTC temperature sensor used in household automatic cleaning machines is packaged in the front end of the casing with a thermistor and a wire connected to two pins of the thermistor. The other end of the wire is connected to a terminal and connector. The first epoxy resin layer seals and fixes the thermistor and its two pins with the wire connection, while the hollow cavity is equipped with a retaining ring, and the encapsulated thermistor is set at the front end of the casing to ensure the stability and high sensitivity of the NTC temperature sensor. Due to the shaft shoulder on the casing, the inner sealing ring can be set on the casing. When the casing is set in the connection seat, Connect both sides of the inner sealing ring to the retaining ring of the connecting seat and the shaft shoulder of the outer shell respectively. As the compression piece is screwed onto the connecting seat, the inner sealing ring can be squeezed by pressing the compression piece against the shaft shoulder of the outer shell, causing the deformation of the inner sealing ring to seal the outer shell and the connecting seat. As the deformation of the inner sealing ring is controlled by the compression piece, only the inner sealing ring needs to be sleeved on the outer shell during installation, without the need for pre pressure, making installation convenient and fast.
