      NTC thermistor is widely used in many fields, and LED lighting is no exception. In the field of LED lamps for indoor lighting, one of them is the problem of heat dissipation. Because the LED light itself has the characteristics of small space, it will cause the LED lights to heat the heat, which will cause the light source to fail due to overheating. To this end, when designing LED lamps, manufacturers usually close to a thermistor -resistant element at the local level of the aluminum radiators near LED light sources, so that the temperature of the lamps can be collected in real time to play a role in temperature monitoring.

      The use of thermistor as a temperature monitoring element has the advantages of the following three aspects:

      1. It has extremely high sensitivity;

      2. Relatively high resistance. The resistance value at 25 degrees Celsius can span the selectivity of hundreds to several MΩ. The high resistance value it has reduced the error caused by the wire impedance.

      3. Thermal resistance can provide a variety of packaging design, including very small shape packaging. In the circuit design, it can be easily installed around the thermal source component that needs to be sensing.
