      1. If the error is introduced during improper installation, the thermocouple cannot be installed too close to the door and heating, and the insertion depth should be at least 8 to 10 times the diameter of the protection tube; the gap between the thermocouple protection tube and the furnace wall hole Use polyurethane foam or asbestos and other insulating materials to block the temperature measurement accuracy so as to avoid the convection of cold and hot air.

      2. Errors introduced by poor insulation, such as thermocouple insulation, excessive dirt or salt slag on the protection tube and wire drawing board, will lead to poor insulation between the thermocouple and the furnace wall, which will be more serious in the case of high temperature. Not only will it cause loss of thermocouples but also introduce interference.

      3. Thermal resistance error When the temperature is high, if there is a layer of soot on the protection tube and dust is attached to it, the thermal resistance will increase and hinder the conduction of heat. At this time, the temperature indication value will be lower than the true value of the measured temperature. Therefore, the outside of the thermocouple protection tube should be kept clean to reduce errors.

      4. The error introduced by thermal inertia, because the thermal inertia of the galvanic couple makes the indicated value of the instrument lag behind the change of the measured temperature, and this effect is particularly prominent during rapid measurement. Therefore, a thermocouple with a thinner thermal electrode and a smaller diameter of the protection tube should be used as much as possible.

      The high and low temperature damp heat test chamber has two sensors, one is a humidity sensor and the other is a temperature sensor. And one of the temperature sensors, the main function is to sense temperature changes and convert them into digital signals that can be output.
