Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC).Infrared sensing module

　　The new element K525 has been introduced, a new EPCOS negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensor with a wider temperature measurement range from -10 °C to +300 °C. This sensor is designed with a ceramic sleeve filled with ceramic material, which is ideal for harsh environment applications and has excellent corrosion resistance properties, which can withstand corrosive media such as acid and alkali. With a response time of only 1.2 seconds, it can easily handle measurement tasks with rapid and frequent temperature changes. The resistance is approximately 48.5 kΩ and 3.3 kΩ at 25°C and 100°C, respectively, and the B value (20/100) is close to 4000 K.

　　In terms of electrical performance, the new sensor has a high safety rating and has passed the high voltage test with a maximum leakage current of only 0.1 mA at 4 kV AC voltage. With its wide temperature measurement range and robust ceramic housing, the new sensor is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as industrial and automotive electronics, as well as home appliances.
