　　The temperature switch is a switch that determines on-off according to the temperature of the object to be controlled; according to its different operating principles, it is divided into: bimetal type, pressure type and thermal ferrite type. Regarding the bimetal temperature switch: all kinds of metals have the characteristics of thermal expansion and cold contraction, and different metals have different expansion coefficients with temperature changes. The expansion coefficient of the former is dozens of times that of the latter, and they are called "active layer§ and "passive layer§" respectively. When the temperature rises, the active layer expands more than the passive layer, and the bimetallic sheet bends downward. When the temperature rises to a certain level, the circuit is disconnected. After cooling to a certain extent, the bimetal is restored and the circuit is connected.

　　Temperature switch installation precautions:

　　1. During installation and use, do not touch the shrapnel and the temperature sensing part, otherwise the temperature of the protector will be inaccurate, the contact will be poor and the action will not be normal.

　　2. When installing, the contact surface should face the leeward side, so as not to affect the function of the shrapnel due to the amount of air blowing and to accumulate dust on the surfaces of contacts A and B, resulting in poor conduction.
