    The Application of NTC Thermistors in Far Infrared Heaters.Motion sensing module

      Modern urban white-collar workers sit at their desks for a long time and lack exercise, which can easily lead to a decline in physical fitness. Therefore, an office chair with a far infrared heater has emerged. This office chair not only promotes blood circulation in the human body, reduces body soreness and prolonged work or driving fatigue, but also helps improve the body's immune system.

      The far infrared heater in this office chair includes a concave circular plate and a thick film, which includes a highly sensitive NTC thermistor, a far infrared heating resistor, insulation medium, and polyimide film. This far infrared heater has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, good thermal conductivity, large heat dissipation area, and high safety performance, and is widely used in various heating fields such as household appliances and instruments. Among them, NTC thermistors play a role in temperature monitoring and control, avoiding accidents caused by excessive temperature during the operation of far-infrared heaters, and ensuring the safety of use. The production process steps are as follows:

      1、 Process SUS444 stainless steel plate with a stamping machine to form a concave circular plate.

      2、 Cut the polyimide film into the same size and size as the circular plate, then print the insulation medium on the polyimide film plane and dry it at 350 ℃; After repeating the above steps three times, print the resistor and dry it at 350 ℃, then print the conductor and dry it at 350 ℃ to form a room temperature dry film.

      3、 Apply the prepared dry film to the surface of the degreased circular plate, and then use a water pressure machine with a water bag to press it tightly from multiple sides to the substrate, so that the dry film and substrate are tightly attached and pressed for 10 minutes before loosening the water pressure machine; Take out the thick film substrate with dry film and place it in an 850 ℃ high-temperature furnace for sintering for 15 minutes to form a thick film heating plate that integrates the substrate with the dry film at room temperature; Finally, install NTC thermistors, contacts, far-infrared heating resistors, and electrical control circuits on the thick film heating plate to form a complete far-infrared heater.

      4、 Arrange and fix the prepared far-infrared heaters on the back of the office chair in a regular manner.
