What is the function of the ntc temperature control switch in the water dispenser

source:Industry News release time:2022-05-24 Hits:     Popular:Infrared sensing module

Few people care about the safety of the water dispenser. An unsafe water dispenser can be said to be a ticking time bomb, which may overheat and burn or explode at any time. Therefore, the temperature control switch came into being as the protection device of the water dispenser.

First, let's take a look at the structure of the water dispenser. Generally, the water dispenser on the market is relatively simple and consists of several main components, which are a shell, a hot water bucket, a cold water bucket, a heating device, a cooling device, a display circuit and some other secondary components. The hot water of the water dispenser is provided by the hot water bucket and the heating device, and the cold water is composed of the cooling device and the cold water bucket. The switch controls limit the temperature. Therefore, the temperature control switch has become a very critical main component and safety protection component.

Again, from the perspective of the heating function of the water dispenser. Because the general refrigeration part does not generate high temperature, that is to say, there is little chance of causing trouble. When the water dispenser is turned on, the heating system starts to run. The heating device keeps heating the hot tub when the power is turned on. When the water boils, it will reach a temperature point, usually around 98°C, which is temperature control. When the switch senses this temperature, it will be disconnected, the heating device will be powered off, and the heating will be stopped. At this time, the temperature of the water will gradually decrease from heating up to starting to cool down. When the water in the hot tub gradually loses temperature and cools down, the temperature The control switch senses the decrease in temperature. When the water temperature drops to above 75°C, the temperature control switch turns on the power and makes the heating device work again. The number of times the temperature control switch is turned on and off is dozens of times a day.

The number of times the temperature control switch of the water dispenser operates will be dozens or even hundreds of times, which is related to the ambient temperature. In this way, the temperature control switch is turned off and on again and again to prevent the water dispenser from overheating, catching fire or exploding.
