    Technical requirements for MF52 series NTC thermistor

      MF52 series NTC thermistor is a small NTC resistor chip coated with epoxy resin. It is made of new materials and has novel technology. It has the advantages of high precision, fast response and small volume. It is often manufactured into temperature sensors of various shapes by secondary processing, or connected in series with the circuit as a surge current limiter. They are usually used for temperature control and indication, as well as current suppression.

      2. The MF52 series NTC thermistor is in the shape of water drop, and the interface between the sealing port and the wire is neat and smooth, without glue separation and cracking. The packaging part is smooth and round without bubbles and mottling; The external mold and wire of the connector are non-toxic and cold-resistant PVC, and the color is black. The color of the sensor packaging resin is Pantone according to different requirements.

      4. The measured values of the product at different temperature points meet the tolerance requirements of the B value table of NTC resistance.

      8. When NTC resistance value is 25 ℃, the nominal resistance value is 2.252K Ω; At 37 ℃, the nominal resistance is 1.3554 K Ω, and the measured resistance at 30 ± 0.2 ℃, 35 ± 0.2 ℃ and 40 ± 0.2 ℃ should be within the resistance range of Beta value 3976 (25/85).

      The value of B is the material constant, which is determined by the ceramic material from which it is made, and describes the gradient of the resistance (R/T) curve within a specific temperature range between two temperature points.
