      Plug in NTC temperature probe adopts super stable NTC thermistor and shielding extension lead to be assembled in a thin-walled stainless steel shell. One end is welded and sealed. The shielded cable is enclosed in a tube to provide a solid moisture-proof seal. The thermistor used has been specially treated to ensure long-term stability. All thermistor temperature standard types are carefully constructed and suitable for liquid immersion.

      A computer generated table with an interval of 0.01 ℃, each calibration is based on the interpolation formula RT=exp (A0+A1/T+A2/T2+A3/T3), and the constant of the formula is obtained by polynomial regression on the obtained calibration data. Calibrate at the water three-phase point (0.01 ℃) and 15 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃, 37 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃ within the range of 0 ° C~60 °. Calibrate at water three-phase point, 25 ℃, 30 ℃, 37 ℃, 60 ℃, 80 ℃ and 100 ℃ within the range of 0 ℃~100 ℃. The two-wire calibration is performed by using a Wheatstone bridge calibrated to an accuracy of 0.005%. The four wire calibration is based on a proportional bridge comparison method using an accuracy of 0.0002%. All resistance measurements refer to NIST calibrated standard resistors. All temperature measurements were made using a standard platinum resistance thermometer calibrated with NIST.

      The plug-in NTC thermistor standard type is a rugged high-precision sensor, suitable for use as a secondary or working temperature standard in laboratory metering applications. They are usually not affected by impact and vibration, so they are suitable for field application. It meets the requirements of low-cost temperature standards for general laboratory and hospital use, clinical application and process temperature measurement. Special versions can be provided for military and space use. Standard versions of different sizes and enclosures are also available for other temperature ranges. The guarantee period of each temperature standard type stability is one year.
