　　In recent years, the process of my country's industrial modernization and the continuous high-speed growth of the electronic information industry have driven the rapid rise of the sensor market. As an important category of sensors, temperature sensors account for more than 40% of the total sensor demand. A temperature sensor is a semiconductor device that converts non-electrical physical quantities into electrical quantities by using the resistance of NTC to change with temperature, so that accurate temperature measurement and automatic control can be performed.

　　There are three commonly used NTCs for air conditioners: indoor ambient temperature ntc, indoor coil ntc, and outdoor coil ntc. Higher-end air conditioners also use outer ambient temperature ntc, compressor suction, and exhaust ntc. The temperature change makes the resistance of the ntc change, and the voltage of the cpu terminal also changes. The cpu determines the working state of the air conditioner according to the change of the voltage.

　　The composition of the air conditioner temperature sensor

In the circuit of NTC, the change of temperature causes the resistance of NTC to change, and the voltage of the CPU terminal also changes. The CPU determines the working state of the air conditioner according to the change of voltage.

　　Air conditioners have three basic sensors:

　　1. The external unit tube temperature sensor, located at the high pressure steam end of the external unit condenser (between the compressor and the condenser) is a temperature control probe.

　　2. The room temperature sensor is located at the upper right of the evaporator of the indoor unit, adjacent to the computer board. It is the probe for releasing cold air when the air conditioner is heating, and it is on the evaporator of the indoor unit; (the panel of the inner unit, take out the filter, and see a black The small head is attached to the evaporator of the internal unit).

　　3. The external ambient temperature sensor, located outside the condenser of the external unit, is the automatic defrosting probe for air conditioning heating.

　　On-hook: Room temperature sensor, open the panel of the internal unit, and remove the filter to see it. The tube temperature sensor, which is combined with the room temperature, needs to open the cover of the inner unit, remove the electrical box, and plug it in the evaporator.

　　Cabinet: room temperature sensor, open the lower panel, on the side of the fan. The tube temperature sensor, which needs to be fully opened, is inserted in the evaporator.
