      NTC thermistors and NTC temperature sensors, composed of thermosensitive chips as core components and packaged in different forms, are widely used in various temperature detection, compensation, and control circuits. They play a core role in converting temperature variables into required electronic signals in the circuit. With the development of electronic technology, various electronic devices have become more multifunctional and intelligent, and the application of thermal chips in various situations that require temperature detection, control, compensation, etc. is increasing. Due to the need for NTC temperature sensors to work in humid environments, the requirements for waterproofing and moisture-proof are becoming increasingly high. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the sealing and waterproof performance of NTC temperature sensors.

      At present, the NTC temperature sensor includes a thermosensitive chip installed inside the shell, with two sets of leads installed on the thermosensitive chip. The leads are sealed with epoxy encapsulation material, and the shell is filled with epoxy encapsulation material for curing the thermosensitive chip. Poor bonding between the temperature sensor packaging material and the lead leads to structural looseness. For example, in water or high humidity environments, moisture enters the gap between the lead and packaging layer, and then gradually enters the thermosensitive chip. When there is moisture in the core of the thermosensitive chip, the resistance value will decrease or become unstable, leading to the temperature sensor not working properly and causing abnormalities.

      Therefore, a waterproof and moisture-proof temperature sensor has emerged, which has good waterproof and moisture-proof performance, stable resistance without instability or sudden changes, and has high mechanical strength.

      A waterproof and moisture-proof temperature sensor, including a shell, at least one thermistor arranged inside the shell, and connected to the thermistor electronic wire; The thermistor is wrapped with a first sealing layer, which covers the thermistor and the connection between the thermistor and the electronic wire; A sealing layer is sealed between the shell and the thermistor; The electronic wire is exposed to the rear end of the shell and is wrapped with a second sealing layer, exposing the wire core of the electronic wire. The waterproof and moisture-proof temperature sensor is sealed with a second sealing layer at the tail to prevent moisture from entering the temperature sensor from the tail and isolate moisture from entering the inside of the temperature sensor. It has good waterproof and moisture-proof performance, good resistance stability, and high reliability of the temperature sensor.
