      In the IGBT module variable device, one of the most critical parameters is the temperature of the IGBT chip. The method of direct measurement is to install the temperature sensor on the chip or become part of the chip. This will reduce the effective area of the current capacity of the carrier chip. A feasible alternative is used to determine the temperature of the chip. Starting from the temperature of the measuring substrate as a known point, use the thermal model to calculate the IGBT temperature.

      The overheating protection of the IGBT module generally uses a radiator (including ordinary radiator and heat pipe radiator), and can be forced to cool down. Installing the NTC thermal chip in the IGBT module can effectively detect the steady -state shell temperature (TC) of the power module. The NTC thermistor -sensitive resistance parameters encapsulated in the IGBT module are exactly the same. According to different IGBT modules, the NTC temperature sensor used to measure the IGBT module shell temperature and the NTC thermistar chip can be directly packaged on the same ceramic substrate (DCB), or It is to install NTC thermistor on a separate ceramic substrate to make the measurement process of the IGBT module shell temperature more efficient and convenient.

      The internal structure of IGBT is composed of NTC thermistor resistance chips, DBC and metal cooling boards. It consists of three layers of materials up and down. Performance is better than ceramic substrates: lighter weight, better thermal conductivity, and higher reliability.

      The water -drinking machine cleverly uses the intelligent temperature control system to use NTC high -precision temperature sensor characteristics, which not only avoids the disadvantages of dry burns caused by excessive heating, but also saves energy and enhances the security of smart home devices.
