　　NTC thermistors and NTC temperature sensors, composed of thermosensitive chips as core components and packaged in different forms, are widely used in various temperature detection, compensation, and control circuits. They play a core role in converting temperature variables into required electronic signals in the circuit. With the increasing application of thermal chips in various situations that require temperature detection, control, and compensation, higher requirements have been put forward for the structure of NTC temperature sensors. In order to achieve high sensitivity and fast detection, the temperature sensor structure design must meet the structural requirements of the tested object.

　　Therefore, a high-precision, sensitive, and reliable NTC temperature sensor for surface temperature measurement of the tube body is provided, and its manufacturing method is as follows:

　　(1) Make two clips and springs separately, then assemble them into clips using a rotating shaft and make spring clips;

　　(2) Bonding and encapsulating NTC thermistors onto shrapnel using encapsulation, connecting electronic wires to thermistors, and insulating the connection between electronic wires and thermistors with insulating sleeves. Then, threading the other end of the electronic wire through a small hole on the clamp and connecting it to the connector;

　　(3) Connect the bonded thermistor shrapnel to the clamp, so that the thermistor is placed in a cavity between the shrapnel and the clamp;

　　(4) Cure and solidify the sealing material in the sealed temperature sensor to complete the production;

　　(5) Conduct resistance and insulation withstand voltage tests on the manufactured NTC temperature sensor.
