　　Due to the continuous rotation of the heat roller during the operation of the printer, heat is generated during operation. When the temperature reaches 100 ℃ or above, the newly printed paper is hot. The printer itself has limited temperature tolerance, and if the temperature exceeds the printer's tolerance, the printer will be damaged and unable to function. Therefore, it is necessary to install an NTC temperature sensor in the printer's fixing roller. As the temperature rises, the resistance value increases and the voltage at both ends also increases; When the temperature drops, the resistance value decreases and the voltage at both ends also decreases. The NTC temperature sensor controls the print head to adjust the paper thickness by measuring resistance values and voltage changes. 　　The general production process for printer temperature sensors is:

　　(1) Weld the glass sealed thermistor onto the steel plate of the temperature sensor base;

　　(2) Weld the wire onto the base of the temperature sensor;

　　(3) Apply high-temperature adhesive film to the glass sealed resistor and the welded steel sheet up and down;

　　(4) Terminal the tail of the lead and insert the rubber base connector;

　　(5) Conduct electrical performance testing on the assembled temperature sensor.
