      The NTC temperature sensor is composed of transition metal oxides such as manganese, cobalt, and nickel. The NTC thermistor chip made through semiconductor processing technology serves as the core component. The NTC thermistor chip has the characteristic of reducing the resistance value as the resistance impedance increases with temperature. Its structure is generally composed of NTC thermistor, probe (metal or plastic shell, etc.), electronic wire leads, and metal terminals or connectors.

      With the development of electronic technology, many fields will use NTC temperature sensors. And many fields have increasingly high requirements for it. Its temperature changes require rapid response, good stability, high reliability, and the ability to work for a long time without affecting sensor performance, in order to achieve precise temperature detection, control, and other functions.

      The high stability and fast NTC temperature sensor is a glass encapsulated NTC thermal chip, a lead connected with the NTC thermal chip and a connector connected to the end of the lead. The NTC thermal chip is placed in a high thermal conductivity protective shell, the bottom of the inner cavity of the protective shell is provided with a thermal conductive silicone sealing layer, the inner port of the protective shell is provided with an epoxy resin packaging layer for encapsulating the thermal chip, and the periphery of the lead is provided with a thermal insulation layer. It has excellent stress resistance during high and low temperature impacts, good stability, fast sensing, high reliability, and can be applied to various temperature detection and compensation.

      The following is the production method for high stability and fast NTC temperature sensors:

      (1) Connect the NTC thermosensitive chip with silver paste and leads, and then use glass packaging and high-temperature sintering for insulation protection.

      (2) Dipped polyimide resin on the connection lead of the encapsulated NTC thermal chip is used as the thermal insulation layer, and the exposed leads except the welding parts are dipped with polyimide resin for insulation.

      (3) Cover the periphery of the NTC thermosensitive chip with a copper protective shell, and inject thermal conductive silicone grease at the bottom 1/3 of the copper protective shell to form a thermal conductive silicone grease sealing layer. Finally, use epoxy resin for packaging to form an epoxy resin sealing layer.

      (4) Use nylon and glass fiber for overall connector injection molding, reserve welding lead holes and connector insertion welding positions, and finally use a current welding machine to weld the lead and insertion pins.
