　　The process of brewing coffee in a coffee machine requires high temperature and high pressure, and temperature has a crucial impact on the taste of coffee. Therefore, the coffee machine needs to be temperature monitored through a high-temperature NTC temperature sensor. When the control temperature is reached, it will prompt to disconnect to prevent further heating.

　　The coffee machine temperature sensor utilizes the characteristic that the resistance value of NTC thermistors changes with environmental temperature or self heating generated by passing current, that is, under a certain measurement power, the resistance value rapidly decreases with temperature rise. By using this characteristic, the corresponding temperature is determined by measuring the resistance value of NTC thermistors, thereby achieving the purpose of temperature detection and control.

　　2. Dissipation coefficient: about 1.3mW/℃ in static air

　　3. Voltage withstand test: 2mA for 1 second, without any abnormal phenomena such as flashover or breakdown in the steel ball

　　4. Insulation test: ≥ 100M Ω

　　5. Rated power: ≤ 5mW

　　6. Operating temperature: -40 ℃~200 ℃
