    Application of RF sensor

      HW-MD6 microwave sensor module

      1. Radio frequency sensors are used in laser weapons

Because radio frequency sensors are particularly sensitive to infrared radiation, visible light, or both, they are more likely to be targets of laser attacks. In addition, the electronic system and the sensor itself are extremely susceptible to interference from the thermal noise and electromagnetic noise generated by the laser and cannot work normally. The laser weapons on the battlefield attack the radio frequency sensor mainly in the following ways: Use a laser beam of appropriate energy to "blind" the sensor so that it cannot detect or continue to track the target that has been detected. Or, if the sensor is guiding the weapon to the target, blinding will cause it to lose the target. In summary, because sensors play an increasingly important role on the battlefield, and at the same time they are vulnerable to laser attacks, they have become the preferred target of low-energy laser weapons.

      2. Radio frequency sensors are used in automatic meter reading systems

With the development of microelectronics technology, sensor technology, computer technology and modern communication technology, radio frequency sensors can be used to develop automatic meter reading systems. The aluminum plate of the electric energy meter is driven to rotate by the torque generated under the action of the electric eddy current and the magnetic field. The use of radio frequency sensors can convert the number of revolutions of the aluminum disk into the number of pulses. For example: Partially paint black on a rotating bright aluminum plate, and then equip it with a reflective photoelectric transmitting and receiving pair tube. When the aluminum plate rotates, pulses are generated at the local blackened area, and the number of revolutions of the aluminum plate can be sampled. Converted to the corresponding pulse number, and sent to the T0 port of the CPU for counting processing through the photoelectric coupling isolation circuit. The use of photoelectric coupling isolator can effectively prevent interference signals from entering the microcomputer. Combined with other transmission methods, an automatic meter reading system can be formed

      3. Radio frequency sensors are used to monitor smoke pollution

The radio frequency sensor is a small electronic device that can detect the change in the light intensity it receives, and realize the control function by converting the change in the light intensity into a change in an electrical signal. Because photoelectric sensors have the characteristics of non-contact, fast response, reliable performance, etc., they are widely used in industrial automation devices and robots. We can use the characteristics of radio frequency sensors to detect smoke and dust, so the output signal of radio frequency sensors is strong or weak. Can reflect the change of flue turbidity

      4. Sanitary level anti-flushing radio frequency sensor

The anti-flushing sensor can provide extremely high reliability and comfort, and minimize operating costs. With the IO-Link interface and the proTect+ sealing concept that can greatly extend the service life, these two new sensors are suitable for harsh application environments and are ideal solutions for the food and beverage industry
