      Therefore, an embedded temperature sensor with fast response time and good stability has been developed.

      This embedded fast response temperature sensor used for detecting printers and copier heat rollers, as well as a fixing device installed with this temperature sensor, has fast reaction time, fast response, good stability, and can effectively protect the equipment. When installed on copiers and printer fixing devices, it can quickly complete printing, copying, and other tasks.

      The temperature sensor mainly uses high-precision single ended glass sealed thermistors fixed on metal brackets and encapsulated in high-temperature resistant films through high-temperature silicone. It is connected to the processing circuit of printers and copiers through outgoing wires, and the thermistors are connected to metal connectors and rubber base connectors through wires.

      The temperature sensor is used to detect the rapid response of the thermal rollers of the test printer and copier, as shown in the figure. It can quickly respond and capture the thermal changes of the thermal rollers, with high efficiency, and can quickly complete printing or copying work; In addition, due to being installed at the bottom of the heating ceramic strip, it can effectively avoid damage caused by direct friction with the hot roller, making it safe and reliable to use.
