　　1. Electrode Preparation

　　NTC thermistor ceramics are generally p-type semiconducting ceramics, which can form reliable ohmic contact with silver. Therefore, the vast majority of NTC thermistors use silver paste as the electrode material.

　　2. Resistance adjustment

　　In mass production, in order to obtain standard resistance values of various specifications, it is not enough to change the component distribution ratio and sintering conditions, and measures must be taken to adjust the resistance. The commonly used method is heat treatment to adjust the resistance.

　　3. Sensitization treatment

　　After the resistance value of the NTC thermistor body is adjusted, although its electrical parameters have basically met the requirements for use, its performance is not stable enough. During the manufacturing process, heat treatment is often carried out in the range of 200~600℃ for 50~100h to eliminate the instability in use. This heat treatment process only changes the oxygen adsorption or absorption of the material, and does not change its original crystal structure, which is called sensitization treatment.

　　4. Sophisticated

　　After the assembly is completed, the performance of the thermistor product is not stable enough and must be processed with sophistication. The practice is to place the product in an incubator equal to or higher than the working temperature for 100~500h, or perform multiple positive and negative temperature cycles in the range slightly higher than the working temperature. This is equivalent to making the product obtain the effect of accelerated aging under artificial conditions. In the first week of aging, the resistance value changes greatly, and then gradually tends to be stable
