    The Application of NTC Thermistor in 3D Printers.Human Body Temperature Monitoring Sensor Production

      The working principle of a 3D printer is basically the same as that of a regular printer, but the printing materials are slightly different. The printing materials of a regular printer are ink and paper, while the materials of a 3D printer may be metals, ceramics, plastics, sand, and other substances, which are real raw materials. 3D printer is a technology that uses CAD (computer-aided design) to create physical models by accumulating materials through forming equipment. Through a computer program, the "printed materials" can be stacked layer by layer, ultimately turning the blueprint on the computer into a physical object.

      3D printers usually use NTC thermistors for temperature control. By controlling the temperature during the printing process, the accuracy and success rate of 3D printing are improved, in order to achieve the effect of color and modeling 3D model products in 3D printing.

      NTC stands for "negative temperature Coefficient". When the temperature increases, the resistance decreases. The materials used in NTC thermistors are usually silicon and germanium, and their resistance values can vary by many orders of magnitude within their temperature range.

      In 3D printers, the most commonly used NTC thermistor is a single ended wave sealed thermistor, which is characterized by glass encapsulation, with the glass body providing airtight sealing and voltage insulation, and can work in high temperature and humid environments.
