　　The probe type NTC temperature sensor for the oven is composed of high-precision NTC single ended glass sealed thermistors, a stainless steel shell with sealed ends, and wires and connectors. A single ended glass sealed thermistor is set at the sealed end of a stainless steel shell and connected to the wire. The thermistor and wire are sealed inside the stainless steel shell through silicone resin, and the wire runs out of the stainless steel shell. The sealed end of the stainless steel shell adopts a probe type pointed shape, which can meet food grade environmental requirements, reduce the distance between the packaged thermistor and the surrounding area of the stainless steel shell, and improve the response speed and detection accuracy of the NTC temperature sensor.

　　A single ended glass sealed thermistor is set inside a probe type tip, with a curved middle and rear part of the stainless steel casing. The protective sleeve is wrapped on the wire and set on the opening side of the stainless steel casing. The deformation of the opening side of the stainless steel casing limits the wire. The wire is equipped with a stainless steel shielding layer, and the other end of the wire is connected to a connector. The wire is equipped with a stainless steel shielding layer, which has strong anti-interference performance and good tensile strength. At the same time, the wire can also play a grounding role, improving the safety of oven use. The NTC temperature sensor has the characteristics of short response time, convenient installation, reliable use, and high temperature resistance.
