    PIR torque sensor action

source:Industry News release time:2022-11-02 Hits:     Popular:Infrared sensing module

      PIR Lens 7707-5

The main characteristics of the torque sensor are as follows: it can measure dynamic torque and static torque; Its detection stability is very good, anti-interference performance is very strong, precision is very good; When it is measured, it does not need to zero every time, and can continuously measure the positive and negative torque; Its signal output can be whatever you want, whether it's a pulse or a waveform -- a square wave; It has a wide range of measurements: 0 to 1000Nm standards can be selected, some non-standard, such as: 20,000 Nm, 100,000 Nm, 1 million nm can be customized, as a special range of customization; Its volume is very small, and weighing sensor with secondary instrument can be divorced, independent use, when it is used, only need to press socket pin number provided by the + 15 v, 15 v power supply, can output impedance and reverse proportional relationship between pulse wave or square wave frequency signal, and it is very light, installation is very convenient.

      How the torque sensor works

A toothed disk is mounted on both sides of the torsional shaft between the drive source and the load. Next to them are two corresponding magnetoelectric sensors. The structure of the magnetoelectric sensor is shown in the figure. The detection element part of the sensor is composed of permanent magnet, induction coil and iron core. The permanent magnet produces magnetic field lines that meet the toothed disk. When the tooth shaped disk rotates, the convex and concave disk teeth cause the change of the magnetic circuit air gap, so the magnetic flux also changes, and the AC voltage is induced in the coil, whose frequency is numerically equal to the product of the number of teeth on the disk and the number of revolutions.
