      NTC thermistors are widely used in electronic products because of their low price, and have a variety of packaging forms, which can be easily applied to various circuits [3].

      NTC thermistors have different resistance values and temperature variation characteristics according to different materials and processes.

      There are many models and specifications of NTC hot wire resistors. Famous foreign manufacturers include Mitsubishi, TDK, Lishan, EXPAND, etc. There are also many domestic brands with good quality.

      There are many kinds of NTC hot wire resistors with different shapes. The naming standard for negative temperature coefficient thermistors consists of four parts. Where, M represents the sensitive component and F represents the negative temperature coefficient thermistor. For some manufacturers' products, a number is added after the serial number, such as MF54-1. This "- 1" is also a serial number, usually called a "derived serial number". The standard is customized by each manufacturer.

      The resistance value, error and other information of the thermistor are usually included in some domestic thermistor models
