NTC glass sealed thermistor suitable for use in narrow spaces

　　NTC temperature sensors have advantages such as good insulation and sealing performance, resistance to mechanical collisions, and good bending resistance, and are widely used in various applications that require temperature detection, control, compensation, and so on. Due to the sensitivity requirements for detecting temperature, there is an increasing demand for the reaction speed of NTC temperature sensors. NTC temperature sensors are required to have high sensitivity, accuracy, reliability, and can be installed in narrow spaces.

　　A plane can be used to directly contact the surface of the object being measured without the need for an additional substrate. The thermistor can be closer to the surface of the object being measured, better following the temperature changes of the object being measured; Alternatively, a compact substrate can be set on the plane at the front end of the encapsulated glass head, effectively increasing heat transfer efficiency and enabling temperature sensors to detect temperature more accurately, improving accuracy. After packaging, the pins of the thermistor are perpendicular to the front plane of the packaging glass head, making this structure more suitable for small space use. In actual installation, the measured surface of the object to be measured is aligned with the front plane of the packaging glass head, and the pins and measured surface are exactly perpendicular to each other, which can reduce the space required for installing temperature sensors.
