      Automobile motors, also known as motors, are the core components of automobiles. In order to ensure the service life and optimal performance of the motor, the temperature of the motor will continue to be monitored and operated within a temperature range of over 140 ℃ as much as possible. Therefore, determining the temperature of the stator winding is very important. In order to avoid high stator winding temperature affecting the Functional safety and service life of the motor, NTC temperature sensors are generally used to monitor the working temperature of the winding in real time.

      NTC temperature sensor (Negative temperature coefficient thermistor) is made of manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper and other metal oxides by ceramic process. These materials have semiconductor properties and are similar in conductivity to semiconductor materials such as germanium and silicon. When the temperature is low, these oxides have fewer charge carriers and higher resistance values; As the temperature increases, the number of charge carriers increases and their resistance values decrease. The NTC temperature sensor has the characteristics of small size, high accuracy, high sensitivity, stable performance, and high cost-effectiveness. Therefore, using an NTC temperature sensor is more conducive to accurately monitoring the working temperature of the motor winding.

      This NTC temperature sensor combines a glass sealed resistor with a double-layer Teflon sleeve, making the glass sealed NTC thermistor more waterproof. After the double layer Teflon sleeve and Teflon insulated lead are fused at 450 ℃, the insulation layer of the lead is completely fused with the Teflon, making it highly waterproof and oil resistant; The product can be completely immersed in water or oil for normal operation, and can work normally in high-temperature environments above 250 ℃ for a long time, with a long service life and strong practicality. And the head size is small. Small size, small installation space requirement. This high waterproof and oil resistant NTC temperature sensor is more suitable for use in automotive motors
