HNB cigarette heating device and NTC temperature sensor

The NTC temperature sensor can detect the temperature of the magnetic induction iron sleeve in real-time, and then control the heating temperature of the magnetic induction iron sleeve through the control motherboard. When the rising temperature of the magnetic induction iron sleeve exceeds or cannot reach the corresponding preset value, the temperature sensor sensing signal is transmitted to the control motherboard, which makes a series of output adjustments. By quickly reducing or increasing the output power, the corresponding value is always maintained at the set temperature. Thus achieving precise temperature control, ensuring even baking temperature and moderate taste of cigarettes.

　　The NTC temperature sensor for HNB cigarette sets adopts a gold electrode thermistor chip and glass packaging to form a flat head thermistor. The flat head design is designed to fit the area of the heating body to increase the reaction speed. It has the characteristics of small size, fast reaction speed, and can withstand high temperatures up to 420 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for heating HNB cigarette sets.
