      Kick-type thermostat (also known as Knock-type thermostat) is a bimetal thermostat and a new type of thermostat, which is used in the fields of industrial circuits, motors, and household appliances, especially in recent years. Microwave ovens, induction cookers, dishwashers, electronic disinfection cabinets, electric hot water bottles, water dispensers, soymilk machines, heating and cooling fans, food processors, hot water bags, fast heating, foot baths, coffee pots, electric ovens developed in 2018 It is more common to use in small household appliances.

      Kick-type temperature control switches are divided into two types: open type and sealed type, of which the sealed type thermostat is divided into automatic reset type and manual reset type. The models of various sudden jump thermostats are collectively referred to as KSD, and the temperature is a graded fixed value and cannot be adjusted. The working principle of the automatic reset type sudden jump thermostat is to make the bimetallic sheet into a dish-shaped element, and the displacement energy is accumulated when heated. ; When the temperature is lowered, the bimetal snaps back to its original state, the contacts are closed, and the circuit is automatically connected, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature.

      When the automatic reset sudden jump temperature control switch is used as the overheat protection of various electric heating appliances, it is usually used in series with a one-time thermal fuse (also known as an overtemperature fuse), and the sudden jump temperature controller is used as the primary protection. When the electric heating element is over-temperature or dry-burning, the sudden-jump temperature control switch acts quickly and automatically disconnects the circuit, and automatically turns on the circuit when the temperature drops. The thermal fuse is used as a secondary protection to automatically disconnect the circuit when the sudden jump temperature control switch fails or fails, causing the electric heating element to overheat, effectively preventing the electric heating element from being burned out and the resulting fire accident.

      Fourth, the sudden jump type manual reset thermostat has added a conical spring sheet and a manual reset mechanism. When the bimetallic sheet is heated and deformed to a certain extent, a sudden jumping action occurs, the conical spring sheet is pushed by the bimetallic sheet and jumps in the opposite direction, and the contact is quickly disconnected by the porcelain rod to automatically disconnect the circuit; when the temperature drops, the bimetallic The sheet is restored to its original state, but since the conical spring sheet has no automatic reset ability, it cannot rebound and reset, and the contact still does not move.
