      Metal thermistor material:

      These materials are widely used as thermal resistance thermometers, current limiters and automatic thermostatic heating elements. Such as platinum resistance thermometer, nickel resistance thermometer, copper resistance thermometer, etc.

      Among them, platinum side temperature sensor shows obvious characteristics of high precision and high stability in various media (including corrosive media). However, due to the scarcity and high price of platinum, its wide application is limited.

      Copper temperature sensor is relatively cheap, but its long-term use in corrosive media can lead to significant changes in static characteristics and resistance values. Recently, it was reported that the copper temperature sensor can be used in the air medium within the temperature range of - 60~180 ℃.

      However, in order to measure the temperature at - 60~180 ℃ for a long time and 250 ℃ for a short time abroad, nickel temperature sensors are widely used, and nickel is considered as an ideal material because of its high sensitivity, satisfactory reproducibility and stability.

      Alloy thermistor material:

      Alloy thermistor materials are also called thermistor alloys. This alloy has high resistivity, and the resistance value is sensitive to the change of temperature. It is a good material for making temperature sensitive sensors.

      The performance requirements of thermistor alloy used as temperature sensor are as follows: the resistivity is large enough; Very high resistance temperature coefficient; It has a linear expansion coefficient close to the experimental material; Small strain sensitivity coefficient; When heating and cooling in the working temperature range, the resistance temperature curve shall have good repeatability.
