      What is a fryer? The fryer is a convenient, fast, and compact household appliance. It has the function of double-sided heating on a baking tray. When running, the temperature can reach 185 ℃ -230 ℃, ensuring that the ingredients are evenly heated. When the two trays are placed flat, the frying area is large, and the independent switch design ensures that the two ingredients do not interfere with each other, easily meeting our daily needs.

      The base of the frying machine is equipped with a temperature detection device for measuring the temperature of the baking tray, as well as a controller connected to the temperature detection device and the electric signal of the electromagnet component; The controller controls the electromagnetic component to be continuously powered on or in a state that can be controlled by a switch to power off through the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature detection device. The temperature detection device on the base of the frying machine is equipped with an NTC temperature sensor, which can be in contact with the bottom surface of the baking tray to measure the temperature of the baking tray.

      When the temperature detection device detects that the baking tray is still in a high temperature state (a temperature range that can easily cause user burns, such as above 60 degrees), the controller can recognize this signal and control the electromagnet component to be continuously powered on (at this time, the switch does not work and cannot power off the electromagnet component). The magnet on the baking tray and the electromagnet component on the base are always in a suction assembly, so that the baking tray cannot be removed; When the temperature detection device detects that the baking tray has dropped below the set temperature (such as 60 degrees), the controller recognizes the temperature signal and controls the electromagnet component to be in a switch controlled power off state. That is, the user can press the switch at this time to power off the electromagnet component, so that the electromagnet component on the base loses its magnetic force and the baking tray can be easily removed.
