      However, existing tube temperature sensors generally come into contact with the convex surface of their shrapnel and the arc-shaped surface of the tube, resulting in a relatively small contact area between the two. The heat transfer causes the heat to be very slow, resulting in a slower temperature sensing speed of the temperature sensor. It takes a long time for the temperature to be transferred from the tube to the core of the temperature sensor's thermal chip, and the thermal time constant is generally 10-20 seconds, This reaction speed cannot meet the high sensitivity requirements for temperature detection, and there may be inaccurate temperature measurement.

Its universality is poor, requiring customized temperature sensors for specific pipelines, and its installation is complex and inconvenient to operate.

      Therefore, the temperature sensor for temperature measurement on the surface of the tube body uses conventional structural clamps and shrapnel as the outer shell, and the NTC thermistor is embedded in the cavity between the clamp and the shrapnel. By setting adjustable clamps, the temperature sensor for temperature measurement on the surface of the tube body can be clamped outside various tube diameters for use, with convenient and fast operation and strong universality; Moreover, when the shrapnel compresses the tested tube, it tightly fits the outer wall of the tested tube and has a large contact area, achieving full contact. Therefore, the thermistor in contact with the shrapnel can quickly receive the temperature transmitted from the fluid inside the tested tube, and its response speed is very fast, achieving high sensitivity detection. This sensor has the advantages of convenient use, strong universality, fast response speed, and sensitive detection The advantage of high mechanical strength.
