      A distribution box is a cabinet body that integrates electrical components for power distribution. Its function is to distribute and control electrical equipment. In the event of overload, short circuit, and leakage in the circuit, the distribution cabinet can also provide power outage protection. There are a large number of thermal relays, circuit breakers, capacitors and other devices installed in the distribution box and cabinet. These devices generate a large amount of heat during use. If the heat generated cannot be dissipated in a timely manner, it may burn these devices, and even cause serious consequences such as explosion of the distribution box and cabinet. Therefore, it is necessary to install NTC temperature sensors in the distribution box to constantly monitor its temperature.

      When the power distribution cabinet is in operation, the NTC temperature sensor detects the internal temperature of the cabinet. When the temperature of the cabinet is too high, the servo motor controls the rotation of the suction fan blades to suck the external air of the cabinet into the heat dissipation device. At the same time, the outer side of the suction fan is connected with a dust plate, which can effectively filter the impurities and dust outside the cabinet and prevent dust from entering the interior of the cabinet; The inner side of the suction fan blade is connected to a moisture-proof board. The moisture-proof board can absorb the moisture in the air entering the heat dissipation device, keeping the inside of the cabinet dry. At the same time, the heat dissipation fan rotates to discharge the air from the heat dissipation device into the cabinet, forming convection inside the cabinet, accelerating the air flow inside the cabinet, and automatically cooling the electronic components inside the cabinet.
